Items ordered and paid for will ship after 2–5 business days, unless product is on backorder. We ship via USPS as our main method.
After leaving our facility, product generally delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
If you have any problems with your order i.e. not received, not what you were expecting, etc. We encourage you to contact us, without hesitation, so that we can make it right. Our top priority is to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are botanically created, so they tend to have variations from batch to batch. Slight changes in aroma and coloration are to be expected.
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will happily replace any item that arrives damaged, provided they you've reported it to us within 48 hours of order delivery.
We will offer a replacement or a shop credit under circumstances, but due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Please send us an email at email@example.com with any concerns about your purchase so we can try to make it right.
